OSAI-UK Ltd. hereby confirm that we are fully aware of the possible vulnerabilities that could effect businesses at the transition to the new millennium. We have initiated a Year 2000 project plan and have appointed a Year 2000 project manager.

We have assessed the compliance status of all products and systems used within the company against the standards specified in BSI Standard PD 2000:1998. Where necessary we have taken action to confirm or achieve Year 2000 compliance in all areas.

All existing suppliers and service providers have been contacted and where appropriate have been requested to provide evidence of their Year 2000 compliance status.

All new suppliers and service providers will be questioned and where appropriate will be required to provide evidence of their Year 2000 compliance status.

To date we are confident that there are no predictable Year 2000 vulnerabilities that will jeopardise our capability to continue all aspects of our business into year 2000 and beyond.

The attached table details the results of investigations, assessments and tests conducted in order to verify Year 2000 compliance.

Year 2000 assessment and monitoring will continue throughout 1999, during the transition to the new millennium, and on through the vulnerable date milestones of the 21st century.

Note: All commercial software packages, purchased from suppliers such as Microsoft are, where possible, continually updated to latest Year 2000 compliance status.
