SuperMulti Architecture
The 10 Series system architecture has been enhanced to allow a maximum of 20 Processes to be run simultaneously.
Each Process can be considered as a complete self-standing Machine. The only limitation is the maximum number of “Full-ISO featured” spindles which can be configured (4). Full-ISO means Constant Surface Speed or ISO-threading, or Machine features, such as tool-magazine management. Simple Spindle operations (S and M programming) can be performed on an unlimited number of spindles.
A maximum of 24 analog-interface or 32 Digital interface axes can be managed.
A maximum of 24 interpolators can be simultaneously executed.
Two racks can be connected to a single WinMedia Workstation, in order to manage ever more complex machines.
