The 10/510i CNC system offers great flexibility and can be supplied in serveral different formats. Increased processing power and choice of HMI makes the 10/510i the perfect choice for more complex applications.
An innovative feature of the new model is a revolutionary "building-block" concept based on elementary hardware modules that can be combined into different configurations.
The illustrated BLink unit assembles all the CNC components into one hardware module making installation easier and eliminating all the cables connecting the CNC and the operator panel. This immediately reduces costs in terms of wiring and cabinet space.
Again, with the introduction of the 10/510i, OSAI can offer clients a new more powerful and flexible CNC while preserving full compatibility with earlier products and enhancing the current 10/510 numerical control configurations.
An alternative configuration uses the WinMedia HMI. The Windows Embedded XP™ based operating system means that the appearance of the user interface can be easily customised and other applications can be run alongside. The only connection required between the WinMedia panel and the 10/510i CNC is a crossed over ethernet cable.
