10/110 Digital
New to the 10/Series family and supporting either analogue or digital drives, the 10/110 Light OS-Wire CNC is for the control of 3 / 4 interpolating axes and spindle.
As with the standard 10/110 control the innovative feature of this model is its highly integrated packaging, the result of careful and thorough research, by OSAI, to keep up with technical developments and the increasing integration of electronic components. The entire numerical control complete with 72 local I/O for field management, the operator panel with a TFT 10.4" colour display and the operator console now only take the space occupied by the operator panel alone.
All CNC auxiliary components have been integrated in a single hardware module which makes installation extremely easy and eliminates the cables usually necessary between CNC and operator panel; this implies lower costs for the entire system (wiring and electric cabinet).
This new model 10/110 Light incorporates a solid-state hard disk and RJ45 ethernet connection. The OS-Wire digital link can interface directly to our digital drive products. OS-Wire also supports distributed I/O and retains the ability to connect to analogue drive systems allowing a mix of both digital and analogue technologies to be used.
